Hugh Smith has been involved with TIE since 2000. His background in law and historic preservation has been instrumental in his involvement with TIE non-profit certification, contract review, grant proposals, fund raising and public outreach. His efforts to replace the current TIE logo with his black lab Grace have so far been unsuccesful.
